Who We Serve

Whether you’re a borrower searching for a hard money loan in Los Angeles, or you’re an investor looking for a secured investment opportunity with a high rate of return, the team at Mortgage Vintage provides fast and professional service.

With over 248 loans funded in Los Angeles, we work tirelessly to obtain loans for our borrowers, as well as to secure first trust deeds for our investors. We frequently work with borrowers who are seeking bridge loans for fix and flips, as well as business purpose cash-outs.

Additionally, Sandy owns and operates CrowdTrustDeed.com. CrowdTrustDeed provides an online marketplace for Trust Deed investors. Investors can research, pledge and buy and sell sponsored Trust Deeds, including fractional interests, while enjoying a simplified and efficient real-time investing experience. This transactional social website enables registered investors to build a portfolio of high yield current monthly income California Trust Deeds and facilitates self-syndication and investing with “Your Trusted Crowd”. Mortgage Vintage and CrowdTrustDeed work hand in hand to provide an unequaled borrower and lender experience that distinguishes the operation from a hard money lender with less experience.

Sandy said “I have very fond memories of my undergraduate years at UCLA. I lived on Campus in the Sigma Nu Fraternity and enjoyed the daily stroll along the majestic Bruin Walk to my classes in North Campus. I majored in Business Economics and the many finance and accounting classes have assisted me in the Mortgage Finance field.”
Of course, his time at the storied campus wasn’t all about work, however. Sandy readily admits “Of course, for watch parties for games we would go to the “10th Inning” on Westwood Blvd. For late night burgers, Fatburger was our burger of choice. Double King Egg Chili Cheese!”

Following college, Sandy worked in downtown Los Angeles and rode the “Big Blue” Santa Monica Bus to his sales job at IBM. He can’t help but smile when recalling one of his favorite moments during his tenure at IBM. “I sold a huge order of IBM Mainframes, Disk Drives, Tape Drives, Communication Equipment and Printers and drove down the 10 Freeway west to our IBM office with the order. Like Tom Cruise in the movie, Jerry Maguire, I was singing “Free Falling” at the top of my lungs all the way down the freeway with the SunRoof open.

Los Angeles Native

As a Los Angeles native, Sandy understands the intricacies of the local real estate market.

He was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Pasadena, and as an adolescent resided in La Canada, Hancock Park, Santa Monica and Bel Air.

Following high school, Sandy earned his BA in Business Economics from UCLA. When asked about his time at the historic university, Sandy said “I have very fond memories of my undergraduate years at UCLA. I lived on Campus in the Sigma Nu Fraternity and enjoyed the daily stroll along the majestic Bruin Walk to my classes in North Campus. I majored in Business Economics and the many finance and accounting classes have assisted me in the Mortgage Finance field.”
