This cash-out program is used to draw equity from a subject property for a business purpose. The property collateralized can be owner-occupied or non-owner occupied as long as the funds are used for investment and/or business purposes. Our business purpose cash-out loan program provides financing for 1 to 4 years on loan amount from $100,000-$2.5mm+.

  • Loan Type: Cash-out or Rate & Term – 1st and 2nd Trust Deeds
  • Loan-to-Value: Up to 65% LTV/ 60%CLTV on Refi’s / Up to 70% on Purchase or “70/70” (70% of the purchase price + 70% of the rehab cost)
  • Terms: 1 to 4 years with Balloon – Interest Only Payments (amortization available)
  • Occupancy: Owner Occupied and Non-Owner Occupied
  • Underwriting: Equity Driven, Bank Statements, No Tax Returns (other docs apply)
  • Property Valuation: Broker Price Opinion (BPO) required – Appraisal in some cases
